Sandhya Jain obtained her Master of Osteopathic Manipulative Science from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO) in Hamilton (2012). Prior to becoming an Osteopath she completed her Physical Therapy degree at the University of Toronto (2000), including her thesis with Sick Kids hospital. She was fortunate work and further certify herself in the fields of neurology & orthopaedics, with special expertise in pediatrics. Her undergraduate studies in Neuroscience (Biology & Psychology, Carleton), was a telling choice, displaying her interest in understanding how the body worked.
In her free time, Sun loves spending time with her loved ones, dancing, paddling, and teaching -- bringing healing opportunities (physical and emotional) to ALL.
TAMMY SMILLIE
Client Care and Clinic Manager
Tammy has chosen to support Family Focused and help us grow and run smoothly after a long career in preschool education, and legal administration. Having been an ECE and preschool teacher, Tammy is able to connect with adults and children alike. Her systematic, organized and creative approach ensures that both the team and our clients are managed with empathy and effieciency.
In her spare time, Tammy enjoys crafts such as woodworking, and stain glass and is an avid paddler.

Infant Feeding & Lactation Consultant
Anita is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and a lactation educator. Anita’s aim is to help parents reach their feeding goals in a non-judgmental, accepting and natural approach. Anita understands that everyone's goals are different and as a result, she provides you with evidence-based information for you to make informed decisions about your feeding goals. Anita supports parents who are breast/breastfeeding, bottle feeding (pumped milk or formula) and introducing solids. She also provides prenatal consultations to help you get the best start.
Anita has her MBA and previously worked in the business world until the birth of her children. She found her passion for breastfeeding at that time and decided to make it a career. Anita lives in Oakville with her supportive partner and her 2 wonderful children and dog.
JUNY WU

Registered Physiotherapist & Registered Acupuncturist (TCM)
Juny began her journey at McMaster University by completing a Kinesiology degree (2009) followed by a Masters in Physical Therapy from Western University (2011). She has been an executive of the Acupuncture Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association since 2015. Her passion to harmoniously blend Eastern philosophy and techniques with Western evidenced-based approach in the treatment of acute and chronic pain led her to study under Poney Chiang on several occasions (Integrative Acupuncture: Advanced Practice Certification and Neuro-meridian Integrative Acupuncture).
Inspired by this, Juny immediately set forth to study Chinese medicine, and completed the Acupuncture program at Canadian College of Traditional Chinese medicine in 2022
NATASA NIKITOVIC
Personal Trainer and Physiotherapy Assistant
Natasa is a Kinesiology & Health Promotion graduate from Sheridan College. During her 4 years she gained experience in various fields of sports injury, strength and conditioning and research.
Natasa has been a personal trainer for over 5 years, and since she has started she has learned lots about working with various clientele with different goals in mind. She has gained experience and knowledge in working with weight loss, athletes (to increase their performance), and clients with injuries/are during their recovery phases of their injury.
During her final year at Sheridan she had the opportunity to conduct a clinical research project that received recognition from her school and mentor. Natasa has chosen to pursue her education in Manual Therapy further so she can better serve her clients.
SONIA ZAKHARIA

Osteopathic Manual Therapist
Sonya has over fourteen years of experience in the healthcare and wellness field. She has work experience assisting individuals who have health challenges through her time working at the hospital and a disability organization. Sonya has taught holistic Practices such as yoga (Certified Yoga Instructor, movement therapy, meditation, breathing techniques, fitness instruction, and education support classes to individuals with disabilities.
Prior to her career in healthcare, Sonya obtained her Bachelor’s Degree of Social Sciences in Business and Economics and a Diploma in Business Accounting. She has worked in human resources, healthcare administration services, and at an organization helping individuals with special needs obtain employment and navigate through life with tools such as technical and essential skills. After experiencing her own health challenges, she was lead to Osteopathy. Sonya then obtained her Masters in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy and is licensed with the Ontario Osteopathic Association (OSTCAN).
